established in the May of 2001 with the registered capital of RMB 10，000，000 under the concept of “Benefit the farmers，brighten ourselves”. As one of the
largest vegetable seed companies in Shanghai, we are specialized in crop seed
and seedling import and export and our general manager, Mr. Jia Huibiao, is the
president of Shanghai Seed Industry Association.

Co., Ltd. has an experimental farm and a seeds distribution center covering an
area of 12 acres (about 0.8 hectares), three 18℃ cold stores covering an
area of 25 square meters, 40 square meters and 70 square meters
for each, a 10℃ cold store covering an area of 45
square meters and a normal temperature warehouse covering an area of 150 square
meters. We own a lot of seed processing equipments for seed selecting, seed
coating and seed packing. Besides, we possess 8 seed transporting vehicles
including different varieties. Our company builds a professional faculty with
certificated seed inspectors, seed process workers and seed warehouse keepers. Our
experimental farm has already become a center for introducing，testing， demonstrating and promoting new
varieties.

Co., Ltd. enjoys a good reputation in both domestic and overseas seed industry,
especially in introducing and marketing new vegetable, watermelon and melon
varieties. Due to so many senior experts in these areas, we accumulated unique
capability and great advantages in introducing brand new kind of varieties to
domestic market. We have owned proprietary intellectual property rights of over
ten varieties, including cabbage, onion, tomato and cucumber, and we also
optimized several traditional local varieties, such as Jiading white garlic,
mustard leaf, savoy, leek, beans and etc. We have direct business relationship
with foreign seed companies in Japan, Korea, India, Pakistan, USA, and Europe.
Besides, we also achieve great results in exportation. We annually export near
200 tons of vegetable and flower seeds whose values are about 1,000,000
dollars.
