Shanghai Wells Seed Co., Ltd. keeps exploring vegetable industry£¬ while holds on to our favorable position in seed industry. Shanghai Wells Vegetable and Fruit Co., Ltd. was established in May of 2004 and specialized in vegetable production and export. Our own production farm in Jiading District, Shanghai, which covers an area of 225 acres (about 15 hectares), has passed the attestation of ISO9001 and HACCP, and also been certificated to be the exported vegetable base by Shanghai Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau. In 2009, the production farm was elected to be the Shanghai EXPO Vegetable Base with the recommendation from Jiading District Agriculture Commission.

In the beginning of 2011, Shanghai Wells Vegetable and Fruit Co., Ltd. reached the preliminary intention with Monsanto, the worldwide largest seed company, on our dealership of seed providing, vegetable producing and marketing right of ¡® New Concept Vegetables¡¯ selected and bred by Monsanto¡¯s bio-genetic technology. The ¡® New Concept Vegetables¡¯ include about ten varieties, such as ultra-sweet mini sweet pepper, high-antioxidants and cancer-resisting broccoli, and mild onion¡£
